Halloween 2009

Pumpkin carving 2009

The girls Trick-or-treating at my parents house.
M (our sweet Hershey Kiss) at her school Halloween party.
They read a book about pumpkin seeds, "planted" some seeds, and then went back later to see if the seeds grew. They did! Here is M finding her pumpkin.

Don't you just love the excitement?
Here are the girls with my Granddaddy. He turned 88 back in November.
Finally, our own Butterfly Princess, Hannah Montana and Hershey Kiss.

Fall Softball 2009

A and R played softball again this past Fall. They both had a great time and did really well.
Here is M with my parents watching one of R's games. I am sure she was trying to sweet talk Grammy into a trip to the concession stand or the playground.

R waiting to bat. She hit the ball really well this season and even got a few home runs. She had a great time on the Pirates with many of her friends.
Here A is suited up to cheer on the Pirates. Her team had the same colors but they choose to be the Comets instead. She played a great season, got to pitch a couple of times, and even threw some strikes.
They love to play and are ready for Spring Ball to get here. M is also ready and will tell you that when she is 4 she is "going to be on a team and we are going to yell 'Go M'". I cannot wait!

M's Baby Brother

M got to carrying this toy phone around with her, and when anyone would ask her about it she would very seriously tell them that it was her baby brother. Imagine the laughs we got as he rolled behind her down the hallways of the elementary school. This girl cracks me up. The picture below was taken as "baby brother" was sitting in time out. Such fun is the mind of a 2 year old. I love it!

Fair 2009

I know that I am really late posting these pictures, but better late than never, right?
Here are some pics of the girls enjoying our time at the Fair back in September.
We always have a great time, and the girls look forward to it every year.
This year A and our nephew M got to finally enjoy riding some of the "big" kid rides. They really liked this a lot.

Now we are all looking forward to going again this Fall.

R's first Lost tooth

R FINALLY lost her first tooth!
Her bottom tooth has been loose for quite a while, but not loose enough to pull.
Then her two bottom permanent teeth started coming in...and quick!
So, she finally had to have some help from our friendly dentist in getting the one really loose one out of her mouth. Now we are waiting patiently for the other front bottom tooth to become loose enough for us to pull so that her "big" teeth can move into place.
